Marc Cavagnolo is a finance and operations advisor focused on making aquatics facilities financially sustainable and operationally effective. With a background in financial modeling, budgeting, and operational analysis, he helps organizations make informed, data-driven decisions.
A former collegiate water polo and swimming athlete, Marc also brings hands-on poolside experience to planning and programming. He serves as an El Segundo Recreation and Parks Commissioner and member of the Aquatics Subcommittee, combining community governance experience with technical financial fluency.
